There are many debates about factors contributing to success of companies. While some people favor the idea that great teamwork is very vital to enterprise run smoothly, others think that an outstanding leader is determinant. In my perspective, these two factors also are very important with the success of company.
On the one hand, teamwork brings to companies the best result in business activities. It is obvious that nobody can do all of jobs with high efficiency, so assigning works bases on the strengths of each individual in a group is the wise way to save time and costs. In addition, working in a group help company have the right decisions as well as decrease many risks caused by subjective decisions of each staff. It is clear that during the process of working together, all employees can discuss together and give opinions to others in order to get the most reasonable option, so the whole of business organizations will operate more effective.
On the other hand, to create success companies, beside the corporation of all employees, an outstanding leader is indispensable. All of us understand that directors are the person who decides business strategy and long-term visions for companies. Moreover, company development plans of leaders are the main content for all activities of the whole staffs, therefore directors play a key role in success of enterprise. Furthermore, leaders are also the person who conduct and manage jobs of employees, so through interacting with their staffs, they can inspire and connect all staffs together to help them understand more about others as well as strategy of companies to create effective works. For example, by the way of assigning jobs, leaders can encourage and empower to their staffs in order to achieve good benefits for companies and discover hidden ability of employees.
In conclusion, with above explanations, I strongly believe that the success of companies is contributed by excellent leaders as well as good organizations with the effort of all employees.
