Healthy is always topic interested. Having a healthy body is quite critical to your future.If you keep fit, it will help you anything such as mood elevation ,as well as reduce disease.

 We have many ways to keep fit. Firstly, you should have a balanced diet. For example, you shouldn't eat snack, pizza, soft drink, you should drink a lot of water. Especially, you shouldn't smoke, drink beer, beer, wine ...because that will make you live will disease. Secondly, we should do exercises, for instance you can do morning exercise such as walking, jogging, running,..or you can play sports : swimming, playing, socer, playing volleyball and so on .Because, they make you stronger, taller, healthier and they helps their feels comfortable when we walks. Last but not least you should sleep enough.You should sleep over eight hours a day and go to bed early because it is good for skin, before going to bed you should read the book.Because it makes you to dream more beautiful.

 In conclusion, there are many ways to keep fit and .A good healthy support us to live life. It is really necessary for people to maintain a balanced lifestyle to keep good health

Theo mình thì bài khá là nhằm nhở.
(1) If you keep fit, it will help you MUCH ON mood elevation AND REDUCING DISEASES

(2)For example, you shouldn't eat snack, pizza, soft drink, you should drink a lot of water -> INSTEAD OF TRYING LOTS OF JUNK FOOD AS SNACK, PIZZA AND SOFT DRINK, IT WILL BE A BETTER CHOICE FOR YOU TO DRINK MORE WATER AND EATING VEGETABLES
(3)Especially, you shouldn't smoke, drink beer, beer, wine ...because that will make you live will disease. -> (sai ngữ pháp cơ bản) Especially, you should NOT SMOKE AND DRINK because that CAN MADE YOUR LIFE WORSE WITH DISEASES.

(4)Secondly, DOING MORE EXCERCISE IN THE MORNING IS CERTAINLY BENEFICIAL TO YOUR HEALTH  or you can play SUCH sports AS swimming, SOCCER AND volleyball AS WELL.

(5) THESE PRACTICES CAN make you stronger, taller, healthier and KEEP YOU RELEASING STRESS  when we WALK. Last but not least you should sleep enough: SLEEPING over eight hours a day and going to bed early because it is good for skin. BEFORE going to bed you should read A book SO AS to dream more BEAUTIFULLY

(6)In conclusion, there are many ways to keep fit. A HEALTHY BODY SUPPORTS us to live BETTER. It is really necessary for people to maintain a balanced lifestyle to keep good health.
