Some people argue job satisfaction is more important than job security. Others believe a permanent job is more important.

Discuss both views and give your own opinions.

There is a school of thought that finding a job satisfactory is more essential than feeling secured when working. Whereas, there are those who maintain that a stable occupation will be crucial. In this essay, I am going to prove why both of the ideas are reasonable and illustrate my own perspectives.

On the one hand, job satisfaction plays a more important role that a permanent working environment. In the modern day, people easily get stressed by deadlines and extra shifts, so it is not surprised to comprehend that the unemployment rate has risen significantly. To put it clearly, people give up their current job because that cannot feel comfortably treated. Moreover, a standard salary but reasonable working time will be suitable for the vast majority of employees in the “era of anxiety”.

On the other hand, working consistently is considered to be more vital. If people can accomplish most of the given tasks and arrange a timetable which separates between relaxing and deep working, an unchanged job will provide them the security in their career.

Furthermore, job satisfaction is sometimes a hurdle in getting promotion. An illustration for this is when a worker choose not to do many of the assignments and do not have to overwork, he or she will firmly stay in the low job position of the company owning to the relaxation he has had.

In conclusion, notwithstanding the idea that people should choose job satisfaction rather than preserve their occupation by being stable in only one organization. To my mind, it depends on each person’s circumstance to decide which advice will do them good, as long as they find it convenient.
