As far as I am concerned, your hotel is one of the most popular places in this area. Parents of my friend are coming to visit my country. Thus, i am writing to you in order to ask for some information about your hotel and ask you to confirm the arrangements.
Firstly, i would like to give you about arriving and leaving day of them. They will arrive on Tuesday 16th at 18.05 and leaving monday 22nd at 14.05
Secondly, they said that they would love to reserve the room facilities. For instantm there are double room with bathroom and room with sea view. They really like it!
Besides that, food is also important element. Does the hotel restaurant serve vegetarian dishes? Furthermore,i would be gratefil if you tell me about tourism such as: are there any day trips from the hotel to local sights? It is convenient for them to move around there. In addition that, it would e better if there is a tour guide speak english to introduce aout that landscape
At last but not least, i wonder if the price hotel includes in breakfast. could you tell me how much price is?

Firstly, I would like to tell you their arrival date. They will arrive on Tuesday 16^th at 18:05 and leave on Monday 22^nd at 14:05.

Secondly, they have some requirement about the room. For instance, they like to stay in a double seaview room with a bathroom. Besides, food is also of great importance. I wonder if the hotel restaurant serves vegetarian dishes. And since my friend’s parents want to visit the city, I would like to ask if there are any day trips from the hotel to the local sights and whether it is convenient for them to move around there. In addition to that, it would be better if there is an English tour guide who introduces us about that landscape.

Last but not least, would you send me the price if including the breakfast?

Về lý do thứ 2 mình nghĩ bạn nên viết tóm lại ở câu đâu đoạn " They have some requirments about their room" rồi sau đó bạn sẽ viết ra những yêu cầu về phòng cũng như bữa sáng.
