These days, too many people maintain their health by relying on doctors and medicine, rather than by following a healthy lifestyle. To what extend do you agree with this statement?
It is believed that many people prefer keeping their health by depending on drugs and doctors to boosting well-being by a healthy routine. I completely agree with this view.
There are a variety of reasons why medicine and healthy consultants become a priority for many people. Firstly, the spread- out of thousand medicine and functional foods in the market would be attractive pitches for many customers. The fact that whatever problems people have, they can seek a remedy easily in drugstores put human on relying too much on medicines unconsciously. For example, according to a survey carried-out by Vietnam Trading Ministry in 2014, there are about 20 kinds of functional food used to increase the height for both adult and children, which is able to meet the bulk of people in need in the short time period. Secondly, the quickly effect of medicines would be a key factor that makes them become more prevalent in maintaining a good health. This can be easily to understand through some effects of many drugs these days. For instance, normally, losing weight drugs helps customers lose 4-5 kg solely in a month, compared to 2-3 kg a month if you only cutting diet combining with doing exercise.
Besides, I would also believe that pursuing a healthy timetable would be a less favorable choice for many people in upholding well-being. One obvious reason is that a healthy routine requires individuals to spend a certain time a day to get their healthy target such as at least 45mins a day to do any physical exercises. For modern civilizations, they tend to have work long hours and highly appreciate every moment to fulfill their deadline at the office. Therefore, a majority of people cannot obey a healthy timetable because they do not have enough spare time or are extremely tired. Also, following a healthy lifestyle easily make people give up in a halfway as it would expect human to conform to a good routine over a long time period before being aware of positive changes in health. As a case in point, in an article of Beauty Magazine which are published in 2015, to have a smooth skin, women have to drink enough water, take care skin carefully by natural methods at least a month prior to realizing any changes.
In conclusion, I would argue that keeping health by relying on medicines and healthy consultants brings more noticeable benefits for people than only pursuing a healthy life style.
