I am writing in reply to your email requesting some information about one of my friends, An who want to stay with your family.

Firstly, An, who is my close friend, is the same age as me, 18 years old. She has long black hair and beautiful eyes. Not only does she have a nice appearance but also she has good characteristics. She is careful and easy going. Therefore, I am certain that she can get along with you and your family quickly. Another characteristic she has is that she is protective and likes to take care of people. She also has a strong sense of responsibility and you can completely rely on her. She's really interested in cooking. I believe that she can cook the delicious meals for your family while she lives in your home.

Furthermore, now she is major in cultural studies in a famous university in my country. In addition, she also is good at English. I know that you prepare to learn Vietnamese so she will help you learn Vietnamese, as well as introduce my country's culture to you. 

I hope that you can allow her to stay with your family until she could find an apartment. I am sure that you would be glad to meet her.
