Health,widely considered the most precious thing in people's life, is said to be gained mostly by having balanced diet. Personally, I partly disagree with this idea, because of the strong belief that other factors are equally important.

A sensible diet brings about many benefits. It helps us prevent certain diseases that are very difficult to be treated by supplying our bodies necessary nutritions. For instance, calcium, contained mainly in seafood, milk, can harden our bones and as a result, will last longer despite age. Besides, it allows us to work and learn effectively by providing energy. Many cereals such as rice, wheat, oat give us lots of energy with glucose they have.

 However, health is contributed by other crucial elements. Firstly,having a logical timetable helps balance each activity's time so that we can work sufficient as well as relax. Secondly, not only will regular exercises keep you in shape and nippy even though when you are old, but are also able to avoid many illnesses. For example, with a 15-minute jogging everyday, heart diseases and diabete can easlily be prevented. Last but not least, your health also depends on your attitude. Living with happiness, optimism and activeness will has good influence on your lifestyle.

In conclusion, it is necessary to combine scientific meals and other sensible activities in order to get a long and healthy life.
