it is true that money plays crucial roles in our lives. some people claim that this is the reason why when looking for a job, the most significant condition is the wage. while I accept that earning a large amount of money make our lives more comfortable, I believe that there are another important factors impact on the job's choice.

on the one hand, there are several benefit of having a high salary. the biggest benefit is that making much money allow people to have a good standard of living. for example, thanks to a good salary, people can shop anything in anywhere such as luxurious malls without a glance at the price tag. as a result, they will end up having more fun and can truly enjoy to its fullest. furthermore, being well paid easily lead to motivation in working attitude and therefore, we can do work more productive. this results in better promotion opportunities at work.

on the other hand, there are two other factors which we consider to be extremely important. firstly, although people have many options to choose jobs, getting a position make we feel satisfied is not an easy thing. this will let people hesitate before applying for a work. secondly, because everyone extremely focus on their own visions, some people want to contribute themselves to society via working in NGOs, voluntary organizations. My close friend, is so addicted to participating in Junko, which is a charity group of student all over the world, that not concern about her benefit.

in conclusion, although high salary brings us numerous benefits, it is true that jobs giving much more money perhaps not be the best one for people. thus, we must determine clearly ourselves purpose to make a smart decision.
