The pie charts compare five types of school expenditures in two years 1981 and 1991.

It is clear that the percentage of teacher's salaries was highest in both years. By contrast, the figure for insurance expenditure was by far lowest.

In 1981, teacher's salaries expenses accounted for the highest proportion, at 40% of the total school spending while other worker's salaries expensed was lower around a third (28%). The rates of resources e.g books and Furniture & equipment spent were a fifth, respectively. Meanwhile, only 2% of the total school costs belonged to Insurance.

In 1991, A significant increases can be seen in the percentage of teacher's salaries and remained the highest figure in the chart at a half. There were sharp decreases in the figure for furniture & equipment expenditure to 5%. The rates of resources e.g. books and Insurance rose slightly to 20% and 3%, respectively.
