QUESTION: Leaders and directors in an organizations are normally older people. Some people think younger leaders would be better. Do you agree/ disagree?

ANSWER:

       The development of companies need have amount of experiences and relations. In my opinion, leaders and directors are normally older than younger one in an organization.

        Fist of all, the older peoples have experiences from many years that they accumulated. They settle some business, dilemma from their experiences which was called great knowleadge. For example, leaders in an organization are somtimes pressured by public opinion, opinion of press... instead of running away, they have to face to face and use the knowleadge of experiences to solve them clearly.

        Second of all, the thing that younger leaders don't have but older one have. It is great relations such as: trade relations, international relations, professional relations... This is easier when working. The creating relations with each company which help organization actived and enlarged.

        To sum up, althought younger leaders are very well for evolve company, i think if there are not experiences and relations, a company will unable of developping strong.

This is easier when working. The creating relations with each company which help organization actived and enlarged.

        To sum up, althought younger leaders are very good for evolve company, i think if they do not have enough experiences and relations  a company will unable of developping strong. (Tìm trang từ khác nhé. theo mình nghĩ là như này:

mở bài: bạn chưa nêu quan điểm của bạn (theo mình nghĩ là như thế)

thân bài:

-mở bài 1 cần nêu chi tiết hơn. có thể dẫn vào thế này: '' there are two main reason why( quan điểm của bạn đã nêu ở phần mở bài)-> topic sentence1-> support 1->explain->example.

-mở bài 2: tương tự như ở mb1 -> nêu topic sentence 2-> sup->ex.

kết bài: to sum up-> in conclusion như vậy tốt hơn vì gk không thích từ to sum up cho mấy.
