It is clear that the production of oil and the consumption of oil increased over the period shown. Overrall, a much larger consumption of oil in comparision with oil consumption.

Looking the graph in more detail, there were a minimally increased to two millions in the consumption of oil from 1982 to 1990, before drammatically increased to 6,2 millions was seen in 2006 year.

Turning to the production of X, in the first four years experienced a significant growth in oil output to three millions. Over the period of eight year, the amount of oil production did not change. In the end of period, oil produced saw a minimally increased to 3,5 millions of oil per day.
