It's clear that online shopping has become more and more popular nowadays and this has a big impact on the way people live. Online shopping offers a lot of good opportunities, but there are also cause some dangers and disadvantages for people when buying things. But in my opinion, I believe that convenience often outweighs any drawbacks.

There are a lot of benefits when buying things on the internet. The first positive side is that it's much faster, cheaper and convenient way to buy all kinds of products without having to go out. There's more. If people want to have the best deal, they could easily compare products and prices on the website while staying in their house, and easily purchase at any time if they want to. Especially, things such as books, computers or air tickets are much more convenient by purchasing online. For instance, Amazon and eBay are two popular eco-commerce websites, I have booked a laptop, but first, I compared this item, and have the best deal, then I had to pay it through credit card. It took me only some minutes to buy, and it was delivered to my house in the next two days. 

 

On the other hand, online shopping also contains some disadvantages, and there are two main drawbacks to buying things on the internet. The first one is the lack of touch-feel-try. It would make you worry about whether the quality of the product is good or not. Such as items like clothes or shoes. For instance, when you buy a dress online, you try to wear but found out it did not suit you. A further disadvantage is that your credit card details, it could be easily copied unless the website is secure or you will lose your money. 

In conclusion, I believe that although there are still some dangers and drawbacks by buying things online, the advantages still occupy much more than the disadvantages.
