Currently, people have been following a tendency of starting up their own company, which leads to their refusal to take part in any company or organisation. From my personal view, I assume that this development more or less brings some struggles.
First of all, there are some reasons why the young want to run their own business. Those who desire to work on their own are likely to get success in the long run. Some people habour an ambition in setting up companies on their own in order that they are probable to go further in their career. Or else some get bored with being under pressure when meeting deadlines assigned by their boss. All of these reasons account for the incentive for the young generation to start their business.
Nevertheless, besides its tremendous contribution to the economy, the drawback should undoubtedly be taken into consideration. Due to the popularity of this trend, people are gradually lacking in the cooperation in working environment. Not to mention, it is obvious that those who love setting up will easily be put at risk due to their lack of experience and certain soft skills such as teamwork. Meanwhile, being involved in an organisation means that they can approach to these afforementioned essential skills, which creates a solid foundation to their further career path.
In conclusion, whether setting up a company by yourself or participating in another firm is totally based on your ability and determination. By all means, before making such an important decision , many elements should be carefully considered.
