Many peolpe argue that developed countries often have helped the poorer countries by sponsoring money, however, it (this) cannot remove poverty. Hence, the rich countries should think about another effective way (nên để số nhiều other effective ways) to help the poor countries. Personally, I completely agree with that view.
For a variety of reasons, it would be true that finacial (financial) aid cannot solve poverty. One reason is that (one of the reasons is that) sponsoring money is not a permanent method. For instance, the poorer country (underdeveloped countries) receives finance from the richer ones (developed ones), and then give to the poor (provide a cash subsidy to the poor, especially the homeless and the unemployed). Maybe it This subsidization can last even perhaps four to five years but cannot be forever (it isn't long-lasting), So that which in turn exists the poor lives living conditions will still exist. Furthermore, financial aid is limited as not only all the poor countries or but also developing countries (ones) receive money from the developing (developed) ones. Therefore, the investment of money is not sufficient for this problem.
On the other hand, there are a variety of reasons why governments should find another way to help the poorer governments besides financial aid. Firstly, the developing (developed) countries can organize some programs such as student exchanging exchange programs or studying abroad with scholarships to open the chance of studying for students who live in poor countries (poor countries=underprivileged countries). Secondly, the tax of imported products can should be reduced by the rich governments. For example, if Vietnam exports fruit to American with a low tax, they can get a higher income from their sold products.
In conclusion, for the reasons i have mentioned above, i strongly believe that there are lots of other effective ways that the developing (developed) countries can do to help the poorer countries to develop.
Poor countries=underdeveloped countries=underprivileged countries=poverty-stricken countries
Developing countries=countries in a backward sate: cácnước đang phát triển
Developed countries=rich countries: các nước phát triển
