The graph below shows the number of enquiries received by the Tourist Information Office in one city over six months in 2011.

Given is a line graph illustrating the number of inquiries sent for the Tourist Information Office in a city from January to June in 2011.

In general, it is evident that the number of inquires in person and by telephone increased. Besides, the rate of people who written letter or email went down.

Concerning the line via telephone, between January and Febuary decreased from 900 to 800 telephone inquiries, then a growth to 1000 in March. And remained stable at 1000 enquiries in the following month. Over the next two months, there was a clear rise from 1000 to 1600. While, the figures in person for this city saw a significant rise from more than 400 to peak at 1900.

Meanwhile, the number of people who used emails or letters  saw a steady drop from 790 to 700 in March. , there was a quick decline to less than 400 in the next two months. Having fewer people sent letters and email, so this figures stay the same at under 400 for the rest of the period.
