Thanks to the Internet, our life has change rapidly like never before but along with the benefits, there are many problems for us. In my point of view, we can solve these drawbacks to use the Internet effectively.

First of all, the more time we spend for the Internet the more isolated we are. When people turn on their computer to log in a social network such as Facebook or Twitter, they miss the change to go out and share their feelings with real friends. In addition, with the development of high-tech products, people - especially teenagers – can browse websites on their smart-phones and tablets anytime, anywhere without recognize that they are separated from their family at the same time.

The other problem is the difficulty of control what young user's suffering. Because of the easily access of the Internet, parents might feel frustrated about how they can manage their children when they are online. To extend, there are hundreds of matured pages which content sexual and violence things and it is obviously unsuitable for youngsters. However, parents cannot be along with their kids to protect them from suffer these websites all the time.

Fortunately, most of these disadvantages come with the solutions. If you do not want to be the separated one when you are offline, you should limit the time you spend online to avoid addicted to the Internet. Instead of keep posting status on Facebook or twitting on Twitter, you could take part in volunteer activities. This is the opportunity to meet and make friend with the real person. Furthermore, to protect sons and daughters from dirty website, parents should use the firewall to block them. They also need to talk with their children about the downside of the Internet and guide them to use it wisely.

To sum up, I think the Internet is the essential aspect in our modern life. Their problems come from us so look back and think again the way we have used it, we can find the solution for each one.
