Talk about your daily rountines

I am a student of Viet Nam military medical university which is a particular environment. Every day, i often wake up quite early, about 5 a.m or 5.15 a.m but i am so lazy and always lie untill my company blow a whistle to alarm at 5. 20 a.m. After that, i do morning exercise in my school' s big yard. The time from 5. 45 to 6.00 a.m is for me to do my personal hygiene. I usually have breakfast at 6 a.m with my friends.

If i have the first double classes, i have to gather in the yard at 6.40 because my firsr class starts after that about 20 minutes. Normally, i often start learning from the second double classes which start at 8.45. After studying two classes, we have a short break about 5 to 10 minutes. My class finishes at 12 o'clock and i have lunch as soon as. To regain power for studying in the afternoon, i always take a quick nap about 30 to 45 minutes.

I often have 4 English classes in the afternoon before coming back my dormitory at 16.30. To get a fit and healthy body, i usually spend 45 minutes running or walking. After playing sport, i take a bath and have diner at 6 p.m, when i feel so hungry. 

I study from 7 to 11 p.m to do my homework and prepare the next lesson in the evening. To relax when i feel stress, i listen to English music or sing my love songs. To end of my long day, i go to bed at 11.30. I think it is a hard-working day with me.

Theo mình thì ngữ pháp của bạn cũng khá ổn rồi, tuy nhiên có đôi chỗ diễn đạt còn vụn.

Ví dụ như chỗ này "I study from 7 to 11 p.m to do my homework and prepare the next lesson in the evening. To relax when i feel stress, i listen to English music or sing my love songs." bạn có thể viết gọn hơn kiểu:

"In the evening, I study and prepare for the next lesson from 7 p.m to 11 p.m. Whenever I feel stress, I listen to English songs or sing my favourite songs."

- Vài lỗi chính tả nhỏ như "Every day" bạn nên viết là "Everyday" hoặc "until my company blow...." thì sửa thành "until my company blows"...
