In a modern society, technological equipment has become an important part in educational area. However, while it remains controversial about whether technology is useful to students in their studying or not, I would personally argue that the benefits of technology would far outweigh its drawbacks. The reasons for this are presented as follows.

One of the most interesting benefits of technology is its attractiveness. In the past, teachers only use white chalks and black boards in their teaching career. Their lessons, therefore, became so boring that students could understand them fully. Thanks to technological equipment, computerized education programs are a good example for this, the lessons will more exciting with pictures and sounds. It is this interestingness that attracts students in their studying. As a result, they can not only get more information easily but also learn it quickly.

Another benefit of technology is its convenience. Students used to work with only books and notebooks, which caused them too many difficulties in getting information. With the help of technology, such as laptops, smart phones connected with the internet, students can now do their work wherever they are, even any information they need. For example, my younger brother can do his research comfortably when he stays at home without having to go to the libraries to look up needed information in referent books.  It is its convenience that helps students gain more knowledge than before.

In conclusion, I once again restate that with the help of technology, students can now achieve more information and learn it more quickly than we expected because of its attractiveness and convenience.

The structure is clear. The content is quite good. However I recommend you should named sth/sb that is popular so you can convince readers effectively. Beside, there are some grammartic mistakes that I've found in your essay:

- It is its convenience that helps => it is convinent to help

- I once again restate that => I restate that

- students could understand => students couldn't understand

- computerized educational program is a good example

Among different topics for discussion these days, serious attention is being paid to the strong influence of technology on students’ study. As a matter of fact, some people harbor a view saying that with the support from technological equipment, youngsters are likely to acquire knowledge easily.

Admittedly, there are some reasons explaining why such an opinion can be seen as convincing. Indeed, most of the advocates of this view reckon that in the age of advanced technology, modern devices are gradually applied in education settings. This, in turn, leads to the reduction time for students to learn and find information. For instance, projects, one of the most popular piece of equipment in class room these days, are assisting pupils in their study progress. It is true that with the images, videos shown by such kind of devices, a great deal on information can be gained by students in comparison with the tradition teaching.

However, there is still a number of people believing that some electronic devices like computers or mobile phones are making student have slower progress in their study. One of their arguments is that the popular of social network on the Internet are catching the student’s eyes. As a result, they spend a considerable amount of time in this area and neglect their school work. It can be generally agreed that more and more students are depending on modern technology. These make the youth lazy to brainstorm and remember knowledge. Take the case of my nephew for example, he always adopts his cellular phone to find out information but then immediately forget it.

In conclusion, both sides of the argument do prove reasonable to a certain extend. However, my own view is that the benefits outweigh its drawbacks.
