The given chart illustrates oil production efficiency in 6 countries from 1990 to 2010.

Overall, Saudi Arabia witnessed the highest oil production in all years, while the opposite was true for Qatar .

From 1990  to 2000, Saudi Arabia reached nearly from 8.3 to 8.6 millions of V Barrets per day, whereas other countries produced 1.8 millions to 2.6 millions. Qatar’s oil production was the lowest at 0.5 millions of barrets per day in 1990, then increased slightly in 2000. The figures for oil production capacity in UAE remained stable at 2.5 mil between 1990 and 2000.

There was a significant increase in oil production in Saudi Arabia in the next 10 years.  The figures of oil production in Saudi Arabia which stood at 12.3 and 14.3 mil of barrels  in 2005 and 2010 respectively, was over 3 times as much as that of oil production in Kuwait, Iraq, UAE and Iran. Qatar was still a country which had the lowest oil production.
