In this day and age, the need of using modern technology namely mobile phones or Internet have become more and more important because of its benefits. It is undeniable that these bring plenty of advantages which support for our lives. Nevertheless there are some disadvantages that impact to individuals.

First of all, I shall mention about the advantages of using mobile phones and internet in people’s social life. It offers chances to approach a professional high-tech system around the world. Furthermore, people probably catch up with the trend of advanced life. Besides that, using Internet can help people update or search the information, hot news immediately. It would be better if using for learning like e-learning courses, studying science. In work, it thanks to mobile phones or internet, employees contact with their customers faster and easier such as sending email, video conferencing. It is true that mobiles phone and Internet not only serve for working but also offer entertainment to relax and blow off some steam. People able to enjoy music, movie or a few intellectual games after hard-working day. Especially, individuals have no more difficult to keep in touch with friends and relatives oversea because it allows global communication without the need to travel more convenient.

On the other hand, the number of people using mobile phones and Internet becomes increasingly and this situation causes a variety of serious disadvantages. People may leave away the real life to start with living on the Internet. It also narrows the gap between people and people as well as people and reality. Even people shall become introverted and spend less time for outdoor activities and doing sports. People gradually become addicted to social network sites.

In conclusion, everything happens for a reason and using modern technology to gain knowledge of the life, but also has a wide range of drawbacks. People, therefore, spend time for using it suitably and effectively.
