TOPIC: Traffic congestion is becoming a huge problem for many major cities. Suggest some measures that could be taken to reduce traffic in big cities.

In this day and age, traffic jam is on the increase, therefore, it is posing a serious threat to many big cities in the world. This problem must be tackled immediately to reduce the traffic volume as many people living in those areas are suffering from it every day.
One of the main culprits of this phenomenon is that people tend to prefer using their vehicles to traveling by public transport because of their flexibility and comfortability. However, there are still some feasible solutions to this issue. Firstly, the government should enhance public transport in terms of punctuality. In Vietnam, many people do not like to travel by bus in that it does not arrive on schedule, which can affect their arrival and also may cause trouble for them. Therefore, the more punctual public transport is, the more people will opt for it as their main vehicle.
On the other hand, I believe there should be some incentives for people who frequently take public transport, such as a gift, a free journey or a discount. This will act as a motivation for using the system as humans have a tendency to take pleasure in receiving free presents or things that are beneficial to them. For instance, last year, bus passengers in Ho Chi Minh city were able to pay a lower cost for the tickets if they used a card sponsored by Zalo Pay to make a purchase.
In conclusion, traffic congestion is a solvable problem that can be coped with by improving the mass transit's punctuality and by providing incentives to travellers who commute by public transportation.

P/S: chú ý không lặp ý trong câu, còn idea thì ổn. Phần example ở HCM City đó mình nghĩ là nên bỏ ở thì HTĐ thì hay hơn.
