Nowadays, studying at school is consider to be vital for young generation but there would be much emphasis on academic subjects and working rather than widening the workplace skills in many schools. In my view point, the students should be educated extremely to be aware of the world of employ and get some work experience as part of their education.

There are several reasons why children need to gain the knowledge of real work. Firstly, communication, team-working and project management is built into the fabric of education system which helps pupils more employable when searching for job. Secondly, seeking out work experience during their study will perfect the curriculum vitae that may impress a recruiter. Finally, they are able to see what certain types of job entail at close range which enable them to make an informed choice about their plans for the future.

Besides, academic subjects that make children have a deep sight in theoretical knowledge are so boring and irrelevant to their lives; therefore reducing working-time of them is very necessary. Currently, the recruitment process focuses on the wider skills, attitudes and behaviors at work as opposed to great grades at school. Having high qualifications will always be assets if the young are able to adapt quickly to the expectations of their employer. Furthermore, it is argued that academic subjects is just beneficial to learn for getting a good certification as a stepping stone to the reputation university or the successful career.

In conclusion, practical knowledge helps schoolchildren obtain the specific skills through the reality of life which sits much closer to their actual work, but that doesn't mean the academic knowledge is not essential for them.

Nhưng mà mình thắc mà là có thể đổi từ "working-time" (therefore reducing working-time of them is very necessary) thành "studying-time" được không nhỉ?
