These maps demonstrate an overall view of the current layout of a university's sports centre and its foreseeable change after redevelopment.
Overally (overall), the layout of the university's sports centre will be expanded and divided into many different spaces (this is redudant phrases, you should use "many spaces") which will result in totally upgraded and well-designed facilities.
At present, the whole area of the center is organised into three main parts. The largest part in the middle is sandwiched between two other parts called Outdoor courts. The most spacious part contains an indoor 25m pool in the center. It is surrounded by a changing room, a gym, seating and a reception.
In the future, the three separate parts will be reconstructed and combined into a common area. The major part still hold a place in the center. But a massive leisure pool will be constructed in the left side (on the left side) when a whole new area in the right will be facilitated with a large sports hall attached with two side-by-side dance studios. In addition, the gym will be streched (stretched) alongside the farthest wall. Lastly, the center's planners intend to build two changing rooms in the two bottom corners. A small sports shop and a cafe will take place near the two changing rooms respectively.
