Topic: Should the government regulate food based solely on dietary concerns as opposed to food safety issues? What is your opinion ?

In recent years, serious problems related to food safety have aroused controversy all over the global scales. As a result, it is suggested that goverments control food adhering only to dietary concerns in preference to other issues. From my own perspective, there is more to be taken into careful account in terms of food safety.

In the first place, problems associated with diets are of a weighty matter to the whole public. Obviously, health is regarded as the utmost important aspect of persons in life because people can do nothing perfectly in the absence of a good health. The fact is that nutritional quantities of a balanced diet bear a direct relevance to physical and mental conditions of a living body. They help people recharge their batteries as well as do thorough preparations to start a new day readily. Admittedly, diet plays an integral role in food quality.

However, many other pressing issues are being put into heated debates due to its disastrous potentials. The first contributor to mention is the preservatives contained in a large number of foods above the recommended limits. These chemicals, being taken into the bodies along with foods, do great harm to the health of people such as fatal cancers in the long term. More importantly, these days, the food markets  are increasingly providing many restaurants and eating places with dirty foods, which are too extremely stale to be consumed. To be more specific, if people consume these dirty foods, it is bound that they will be transmitted many chronic diseases. By ways of illustrations, in 2014, HCMC witnessed 29,399 cases of catching cancers connected to unqualified foods, increasing by 5,8 in comparison with the data of 2013.

In conclusion, given the aforementioned issue, I would like to reiterate my view that foods involves many aspects including dietary concerns to be paid close attention. Urgent problems about foods need to be offered practical solutions as soon as possible for the sake of the entire society.
