Having a healthy body is quite critical to (quan trọng) your future. If you keep fit, it will extend to mood elevation (hưng phấn) and greater mental alertness (tỉnh táo), as well as reduce chronic disease risk (nguy cơ mắc bệnh kinh niên). There are many ways to keep your body fit.
Firstly, you should have a balanced diet and good nutrition.
For example, you should drink a lot of water. You should not eat much more meat, fatty foods , junk food (đồ ăn vặt). Especially, you had better not (không nên) smoke, drink beer, wine or whiskey because that will make you live with disease (sống chung với bệnh tật ).
Secondly, you should do physical activities (hoạt động thể chất).
For instance, you can do morning exercises: walking, jogging, running or you can play sports: swimming, playing soccer, playing volleyball, so on because it makes you stronger, taller and healthier.
Last but not least, you should sleep enough.
You should sleep over 8 hours a day and go to bed early because it is good for skin, more optimistic (lạc quan), and always keep smiles on your lips (nở nụ cười trên môi). Instead of (thay vì) surfing the net, you should read the book or listen to music before going to bed, that takes you to sweeter dream (giấc mơ đẹp).
In conclusion, there are many ways to keep fit but mainly you should take care of yourself.
