There are many ways to keep fit. Fristly, you should have a balanced diet. For example, you should drink a lot of water. You should not eat fat, meat, junk food and fast food. Especially, you don't smoke, drink beer, wine and whiskey because that will make you are the pressure. The second way. I should do exercises. For instance, you can do morning exercises: walking, jogging, running,.or you can play sports: swimming, playing soccer, playing volley ball,..Because this makes you stronger, taller and healthier. Last but least, you should sleep enough. You should sleep eight hours a day and go to early because it is good for skin, more optimistic, and alway keep the smile on your slips. Instead of, you go online, you should read the book before go to bed. Because it will take go to have dreams beautifier. In conclusion, there are have a good health.

There are many ways to keep fit. Firstly, you should have a balanced diet. For example, you should drink a lot of water. You should not eat fat, meat, junk food and fast food. Especially, you don't smoke, drink beer, wine and whiskey because that will make you are the pressure. The second way. I should do exercises. For instance, you can do morning exercises: walking, jogging, running,.or you can play sports: swimming, playing soccer, playing volleyball,...Because this makes you stronger, taller and healthier. Last but least, you should sleep enough. You should sleep eight hours a day and go to early because it is good for skin, more optimistic, and alway keep the smile on your slips. Instead of, you go online, you should read the book before going to bed. Because it will take go to have more beautiful dreams. In conclusion, there are have a good health.you are under pressure bạn nhé.

     There are many ways to keep fit. Fristly Firstly, you should have a balanced diet. For example, you should drink a lot of water. You should not eat fat fatty food, meat, junk food and fast food (mình nghĩ đồ ăn nhanh giống đồ ăn vặt mà bạn). Especially, you don't shouldn't/'d better not (nên nhớ mình đang khuyên người ta nhé, dùng cấu trúc câu khuyên nhủ Advised) smoke, drink beer, wine and whiskey because that will make you are the pressure live with disease (không sai nhưng nghĩa cũng chưa thật sự phù hợp, ta dùng sống chung với bệnh tật thì hay hơn nha bạn). The second way Secondly (không nên sáng tạo quá nha bạn, nhiều khi sai nghĩa đấy), I we should do exercises. For instance, you can do morning exercises: walking, jogging, running,.or you can play sports: swimming, playing soccer, playing volleyball,... Because this they (số nhiều mà bạn, nên dùng chúng nha) makes make you stronger, taller and healthier. Last but not least, you should sleep enough. You should sleep over eight hours a day (theo các nhà khoa học thì ngủ từ 6-8h tức là khoảng 8h,chứ không thực sự chính xác nha) and go to bed early because it is good for skin, more optimistic, and alway keep the smile on your slips. Instead of you go online surfing the net (dùng cấu trúc instead of doing sth, và giữa instead of với doing sth thì không có dấu phẩy đâu nhé), you should read the book before going to bed. Because it will take takes (cái này nó lặp lại nên mình dùng Thì hiên tại đơn nha) you to go to have dreams dream beautifier more beautiful. In conclusion, there are have a good health there are many ways to keep fit but mainly you should take care of yourself (mình nên chốt lại ý chính toàn bài nha bạn) .

To have a good health we can follow some ways below. Firstly, having a balanced diet which is necessary for people. We should eat a lot of vegetables and fruit which are full of vitamins. Besides, we try to avoid foods such as: fast food, junk food, alcohol, beer, ......and cut down on high carbonhydrate . Secondly,  we can improve my health through playing sports. It makes me feel refresh everyday and relax after a hard working day.Moreover, plays sports can decrease the risk of herat diseases, risk of high blood pressure, cancer.... Thirdly, we'd better sleep 7-8 hours a day and go to bed early. Instead of surfing  the net, we should read the book before going to bed. Last but not least, think positvely plays  a vital role in keeping our good healthy. In conclusion, we should follow these ideas and good health will belong to you.

Our healthy is the only things we really have in the world. You can take away our money, our house, or our clothes and we can survive. Take away our health and we will die. That is why I eat healthfully, exercise regularly, and keep up my social life. Eating healthfully is important to maintain one’s health. I try to avoid foods high in fat like French fries or cookies. I also try to limit the amount of animal protein I consume. I never eat more than a few ounces of fish or chicken a day and I rarely eat meat. I eat a lot of vegetables and fresh fruit which are full of fiber and vitamins. It is important to know how to cook these foods so the nutrients are not lost in the cooking process.Your muscles must continue to be strong to support your body as it grows older. Exercise helps the bones build density and helps you maintain your posture. A regular exercise program of cardiovascular training and weight training is an important part of keeping you healthy.

 
Friends are an important part of one’s health. Studies have shown that people with a wide range of social contacts get fewer colds and have fewer complaints than those who don’t. Laughing is also an important part of health. I like to laugh with my friends and I always feel better when I am with them than when I am alone. By eating properly and exercise regularly, I can keep my body at an appropriate weight and can maintain my health. By spending time with my friends, I can keep my mind as well as my body happy. It’s all part of my recipe for healthful living.

Having a healthy body is quite critical to (quan trọng) your future. If you keep fit, it will extend to mood elevation (hưng phấn)  and greater mental alertness (tỉnh táo), as well as reduce chronic disease risk (nguy cơ mắc bệnh kinh niên). There are many ways to keep your body fit.

Firstly, you should have a balanced diet and good nutrition.

For example, you should drink a lot of water. You should not eat much more meat, fatty foods , junk food (đồ ăn vặt). Especially, you had better not (không nên) smoke, drink beer, wine or whiskey because that will make you live with disease (sống chung với bệnh tật ). 

Secondly, you should do physical activities (hoạt động thể chất).

For instance, you can do morning exercises: walking, jogging, running or you can play sports: swimming, playing soccer, playing volleyball, so on because it makes you stronger, taller and healthier.

Last but not least, you should sleep enough.

You should sleep over 8 hours a day and go to bed early because it is good for skin, more optimistic (lạc quan), and always keep smiles on your lips (nở nụ cười trên môi). Instead of (thay vì) surfing the net, you should read the book or listen to music before going to bed, that takes you to sweeter dream (giấc mơ đẹp).

In conclusion, there are many ways to keep fit but mainly you should take care of yourself.
