Job satisfaction_expectation and reality

As most people spend a major part of their adult life at work, job satisfaction is an important element of individual well-being.

What factors contribute to job satisfaction? How realistic is the expectation of job satisfaction for all workers?

Give reasons for your answer and give any relevant example or experience you have to support your answer.

People’s opinions about work and lifestyle have significantly changed, with the way of traditional thinking being no longer valid. Everyone now seems to consider material wealth as top priorities of their lives. It is understandable that job satisfaction plays a vital role in promoting an aldult’s wellbeing since he or she devotes a major part of their time to work. This essay will discuss a few elements resulting in the feeling of safisfaction with respect to someone’s career and assess the reality of those aspirations.

There are a variety of factors which are required by workers in order to gain job satisfaction. One of the primary elements is a high salary. Whether a job is well-paid or not is the first and foremost criterion a candidate pays attention to before embarking on any careers. As a result, real estate companies are dream workplaces of a large number of individuals. Another essential demand for a satisfactory occupation is promotion. Regardless their starting point in a company, a chance of promotion is one of the decisive goals which not only experienced employees but also novices are aimed at. Being assigned more important positions to, workers are likely to feel motivated to contribute to their work.

Despite the fact that these expectations metioned above are often popular among employeers, they are not attainable to a majority of job holders. If a worker hopes to achieve high income, he or she often has to take responsibilities for a heavy workload. Except for an eight-hour work period, employers may expect their employeers to work overtime. More importantly, the working environment today is highly competitive as the increase in migration streams. Workers might feel compelled to do their best so that their performance at work is more impressive than others so as to earn a high salary as well as win promotion opportunities, or even to avoid being made redundant.

In conclusion, while each individual has their own expectations about a fair wage and promotion, it is not always reachable to fulfil those aims. Workers now seem to be placed under greater pressure at workplace than they used to be.

In other words I think the first sentence's not related to the topic and the second sentence

employeers -> ''r''
