Nowadays, some nations are primarily made up by youngsters rather than the elderly. This situation can bring about numerous advantages, but the disadvantages should not be denied. Personally, I think these are outweighed by its advantages.
On the one hand, young people play an important role in our society. Firstly, the majority of labor workforce is the young. Due to the youngness and ambition, they always try their best, complete the tasks with high efficiency, therefore, the productivity of companies is always in stable condition. Furthermore, the young have an ability to learn new thing quickly which help them to adapt themselves to many changes in the world. They are fond of learning, updating news every single minute in order not to be obsolete and also make a contribution to nation growth.
On the other hand, the young cause many drawbacks. People cannot deny that although they are full of energy, enthusiasm, they are also hot – tempered and impatient which lead to plentiful wrong decisions. Lacking experiences and consciousness, they meet many obstacles when they work in a real world which can result in the loss of money and prestigious. Furthermore, youngsters are involved in many criminals because they do not have a standard education or stringent upbringing, they are facing with many hurdles and If they cannot overcome the hurdles, they will become a victim of criminals and directly or indirectly induce crime.
In conclusion, in some ways young people is problems but advantages they bring are much more significant.
