The pie chart The bar graph illustrates clearly the number of books rented in Malton Town's library, UK during the year of 2009.
Overall, the demand for renting increased gradually throughout the whole year. By the end of December, the number of documents recorded was a little more than twice as many as that of the beginning of the year. The figure was also at its peak in December with 21.
February was the month when people rented fewest books with only 6 volumes recorded. After that, the charts increased gradually and peaked again in August with 20 books. The figure witnessed two significant decline in February and September, when the number dropped nearly a half.
From October to the end of the year, the graph stabilized roughly 10 books per month but increased dramatically in December.
I think you should focus more on comparing and pointing out the uniqueness of the figure instead of listing out the numbers. And this is not a pie chart
