There are some arguments with regard to the issue that the globalization helps zoom out worldwide and helps citizens be capble of buying the same products anywhere all over the world. In my opinion, this has both advantages and disavantages, however, cons surpasses pros.
The market are more and more expanded. The goods that are imported contributed to the variety of products, which supports domestic consumers with multiple choice. Besides, globalization promotes the development of international trade. Foreign groups penetrate the national markets, the domestic companies or enterprises have to plan new and challenging strategies to compete with international ones. Last but not least, foreign goods meets the consumer’s demand. Vietnamese people, for instance, living abroad such as Unites States, France, Australia, Canada, ..... can buy their traditional dishes without difficulity.
Although globalization brings a lot of benefits, it also has potential drawbacks. It is widely believed that a number of inhabitants is fans of foreign goods, especially the developing citizens. They think that domestic products are not able to be compared to that of developed countries with quality, reputation and so on. National market may be seemed as down-market and got rid of by its own residents, which results in the disappearance of several products and the worst consequence is the loss of cultures and diversity, the foreign goods replace gradually the domestic ones on the market.
In conclusion, every issue has its dual nature. The development cannot refuse globalization, however, the goverment oughts to adopt the policies that support the domestic companies and city dwellers should look at the market the national products through rose-coloured spectacles.
