The diagram illusatrates the steps of manufacturing yougurt. The main 3 steps of process are: temperature control, incubation and finish processing.
In the first step, heat milk to 90 degree Celsius (200 degree Farenheit). Then, maintain the temperature for 10-30 minutes, if the milk is kept more time than this range, it will become thicker. After that, cool milk to 44 degree Celsius (112 degree Farenheit).
In the step of incubation,to begin this step, add the live bacteria also call "yogurt starter" in the yougurt ,then, allow yougurt to incubate for four hour at 37 degree Celsius (100 degree Farenheit).Subsequently,place the yougurt in a cool place to stop the incubation of live bacteria.
The finish processing has 2 steps. One is to add some fruits, sweetener and flavoring to the yogurt.Other is filling the container with yogurt and labelling the container.Finally, all of them are packed for shipping.
