đề: some experts believe that it's better for children to begin learning a foreign language at primary school than a secondary school.do the advatages of this outweigh the advantages?
learning a foreign language has been an issue arousing serious concerns of our society.nowadays ,in many parts of the country, children start to learn a foreign language at primary school rather than a secondary school.my point of view is as follows.
in my opinion,it does more good if the children begin learning a foreign language at primary school.it has some definite advantages.in the first place,it's obvious that at this stage, children have a greater ability of memory.this is essential in mastering a language. the development of memory declines gradually in parallel with the time.for example, you can find that it's easier for for a kid to memorize the alphabet when it's just in the kindergarten, but it might take time for some in later grade to do the same task. secondly, learning a foreign language at orimary school means that children can have more time to get acquainted with the language.the curriculumn should be shorter, and the study pressure would be lessened, which would stimulate the children's pleasure during lessons.despite the advantages, this method has its own disadvantages which shouldnt be overlooked, such as the concerns of the negative effect on the learning of the mother tongue, the misapplication of the method leading to the children's cramming study.
overall,I think the benefits of learnng a foreign language at primary school overweigh its drawbacks, and parents should consider carefully whether chosing the former or the latter.dont make our kid become white mice!
