University graduates have to face a dilemma of whether choosing their favorite jobs or high-paid ones. While I accept there are some benefits to work with high salaries, I would argue that working the jobs we love will be better and more inspiring.
Initially, working our favorite jobs gives us a great chance to apply our technical knowledge that we got from our lectures at universities on our work. More importantly, we possibly enhance our technique and continue pursuing our professional career that we have devoted much time and made more efforts. Besides, we probably get more valuable and practical experiences in performing our favorite works that is the weakness of most new job seekers.
In the second place, we definitely do our favorite works more effectively because of our passion for working them. doing our favorite works brings us joys ,when we are interested in anything, we always look for the best way to deal with its challenges, are passive for doing that as well as have fun in working them, that enable us to improve our efficiency and enjoy our works.
Last but not least, we strongly believe that we surely have good chances to get promotions with higher salary if we implement our favorite works well and always try our best contributing to our company’s success, because we are passive for working and always try our best to complete our tasks most.
For all these mentioned above, I strongly support that we should choose our favorite jobs instead of well-paid ones!
